So how many Demons are there? What are their proper names? Even the nazarene, Jesus; couldn't get a very clear answer--and many have debated this same question ever since....
In 1459, Alphonsus de Spina took a mathmatical approach. He estimated that roughly one third of the origninal angels had rebelled and become, as a result, demons; that number, he declared, came to 133,306,608. But other experts begged to differ. One claim that there were 66 princes of Hell, ruling over 6,660,000 demons.
Johan Weyer, the 16th century German Physician, argued that there were all told 7,405,926 demons, governed by 72 princes of Hell. Weyer arrived at that figure using an ancient formula; he took the Great Pythygoran number,1234321 (a number thought to embody certain arcane primciples of the universe), and multiplied it by 6.
What ever the number is, we are growing daily and soon we will reclaim the Kingdom of heaven as ours and herald Our Lord and Master in as the New World Master of the Universe.
